Inboxing emails?

Hi. I'm having trouble inboxing emails, specially gmail and hotmail. Is there anyone who can help me in this regard?

Even I need this help,

what s/w you use?
I am using outlook express

I'm currently using a desktop mailer but as you might already know, mail sender software is the least of the concerns. Major things are IP, rDNS etc.
