Inactive Twitter Accounts

Hi I'm new here This looks like a great site

anyways does anyone know if there's a way to get a Twitter username that has been inactive for over 3 years now? The account I want has 0 tweets and signed up back in 09 and I would really like the name. Does anyone know if there is a way to get this account? Thanks in advance

No unless you are very computer literate just do not even worry about this and move on. Get a name really similar to the one you want so if the name is ipadsforfree just make it ipadzforfree

I tried contacting the person with the account and got their email thru one of their friends but they won't respond. I also found out that the same person has 4 other twitter accounts from 3 years ago and none of them have any tweets

Best to come up with a better username and forget about the inactive one, unless twitter dies lol
