Why is it that 1 item can be listed be different people be in the same condition end near the same time and one sells higher than the other? I've played with ebay a bit but nothing professional i could be a "noob" and ask for the golden secret but i just wanted some opinions on why you think this is,pure luck,maybe a 2nd account bidding?

I wouldn't exactly know, but a few guesses would be...better optimized titles & pages, reputation of members who are making the posting..

Yeah that's what i was afraid of,effort required lol
I'll have to do some research on what does and doesn't work and if there already isn't one maybe i'll make a thread on here with some tips/ a walkthrough

Also your timing when to list an item for sale is important = when the auction ends.
Many ppl hae 9 to 5 jobs, come home late or are drinking @ weekends....
Remember that..

Some of it goes down to pot luck too I guess. One may not see your listing, as some people only look at one listing when searching on eBay - unlike me who goes through them all to find a bargain!

Dont forget to EMBED pictures.

LOTS of pictures & less words!

Ppl love to SEE shit they want to buy....

And put a piece of paper with your EBAY USERNAME in front of the items you PHOTOGRAPH.

So when potential buyers see your many pictures of YOUR item they see that you really own the item

From that point on many dont care what you write about the item and just BID....
