I know that $600 a day is a big goal, but I really want to buy another house soon. Renting sucks. This will give me what I need to buy a house in a good neighborhood within the year. :)

I already make $100 - $200 a day on writing projects. I have several projects in mid-development that I?m going to try to give a boost over the next few months. My son is helping me with one of them already, with the hopes of selling it to buy an Xbox One. (Long story ... his dad bought the PS4 so our son asked for an Xbox One. We said yes, and then he got into trouble and we decided it would be best if he worked for it. We're using a domain I bought a year ago, and he's helping me with blog ideas, researching and writing.)

Good luck on this, it'll be tough but you can do it! I'll be keeping an eye on this!

Best of luck in your journey man, I really hope you achieve your goals and get your own house!

Ambitious journey, looking forward to updates. Good luck! :)

Son's Site:

For my son's site, I initially had him make a list of the top ten games for the system and then we were going to write 3 250-word posts on those games each day. Since then, I've added one news/rumor posts a day and have started stacking the daily posts for one to publish on three day intervals. So, of Monday's three posts, one would post Monday, the next on Wednesday, and the final on Friday. I'm also stacking times so that certain posts hit in the morning and others in the afternoon. I want to spread them out because they're on the same games.

I write the main article and send them to him to fill in details on a gamer would know. Lol He's doing a great job.

So far, we've posted 14 articles and have another 4 waiting to go.

Site 1:

Joined a popular message board and started posting there with the site URL in my profile. Will start going through posts there and summarizing issues relating to my niche in posts on the site.

Site 6:

This one kind of follows the holidays, so Hubs redesigned the logo (So cute!) for St. Patrick's Day, and I got started on keyword research and article writing for the holiday. Changed the WPtheme to something Paddy-ish too, and published first post.

Business as usual with son's site.
Have to focus on design and content for site 5 today too. The domain isn't going to be around forever, and I'd like to sell before it needs to be renewed.
Have a bunch of writing today so I won't have long to focus on these things.

THANK YOU all for the support!

Site 5 - The CB affiliate product is gone, and main keyword is no longer strong. What a difference a year makes. I'm dropping this one. In the process though, I stumbled onto a handful of very lucrative keywords, so ... something might come out of the investment anyhow.

Funny update, though not very profitable yet.

- Traffic continues to come in for our son's site, so I may finally add Adsense tomorrow. One news post, three topic posts each day.
- Site 1: I was very disappointed with this site's development. I put together a thorough resource for it, posted it several days ago and performed the offsite SEO myself. I put a lot of work into it ... and no visits at all. I was getting so down, and then realized today that I never put in the code for tracking traffic. Seriously, brain??!! Ugh. Fixed that.
- Site 2 and 3: Hired someone from Fiverr.com to fine-tune these and he sent me a cheesy banner logo instead. Language barrier issues, I'm guessing. So, this has gone nowhere since.
-Site 4: Written and set up 10 reviews of popular products with affiliate links. So far, two more clicks, no sales.
-Site 5: Dead
-Site 6: Almost done writing out an incredible resource piece with affiliate links and Adsense. Updated design, performed very, very small bit of offsite SEO, resulting in 14 visits.
-Site 7: I forgot the traffic tracking on this one too. :( Time will tell. Adding Adsense and some affiliate information.

I have a long, long way to go with this goal. Unfortunately, in the mean time I have to work and take care of five children, so ... long-term plans. Long-term. ;)

It's only 6 a.m. and already the best day we've had on my son's blog so far. $1.97 in adsense earnings. *thumbs up*

You've got some big dreams and a long path but a solid plan to take you along it. Keep learning and working hard!

Big dreams ... but that's the point, right? :D

Things got a little too good with Adsense yesterday, and now I'm watching stats and worrying that we're going to get banned or something, but it's okay. I haven't put much into the other sites because I have SO MUCH other work to do right now. Thanks, everybody.
