if your domain name is brandable put the brand in the title, honestly. Say that your domain name is cemsidpets.com. Just put "Cemsid's Pets" in the title and you can type the tagline something like "The best supplies and help for your favorite pet", or "The best pet supplies and tips for pet lovers", or "Cheap pet supplies and foods for your pet", or "Free tips and tricks for pet lovers" or anything that contains your keyword but it's also interesting enough for readers

keep in mind that the title will automatically be used in all meta titles if you're not using any SEO plugin,
simply, it's better to keep it for the brand name & use the description to include the keywords writing a couple of words description

If you are targetting a single keyword and that is included in the name of your brand, write it in the Site Title. If you have more keywords to target, write them in the tagline section in a way that it does not look like you are directly targetting keywords.
