I have some budget of about 400-700$ and I am thinking in what to invest. Can you please help me with something?

Then I guess it won't be "private", right? Anyway, how much sites are good for start for a PBN? (I know that more is better)

Judging by your post, you are a newb (no offense) looking for a quick return on their $500*

My advice would be to learn some free methods. Test. Test. Test.
Find something that's working for you and invest in that.

Buy some wholesale inventory and sell them online, CL and FB

One important piece of advice is to ignore all the PMs you will now be receiving from newbie accounts promising to make you money for exactly $700

Well buying expired Domains is a tricky thing. Do check the history of that domain first (filter any bad backlink, spammed or banned domains)

As I understand you are looking to invest and wait and not invest and keep making money while you "build". If the first is true, you could buy some Bitcoins or Litecoins and wait for the rise.
