In what direction can i go now?!

Im 19 and was planning on working abroad and brought a package with a company that offers you a rep and a place to stay for a month, they help get you work and so on. I was due to go april 16th.

I contacted them asking for a refund in January and they ignored me for weeks on end and then replied with they will pass me onto someone else. Theyre a small company so they defiantly didnt.

They finally replied but saying that i couldnt get a refund as it was within 38 days of departure date.

I asked for a refund in january...

What can i do now?

Ps: im in the UK and they are based in Tenerife.

Any help is appreciated i also didnt know the best place to post this so the lounge it goes. i know there is some people on here in the know how about law and so on.

If you paid via a credit card, just phone up your issuer and tell them to charge it back lol
