Compared with competitors, on the site my DR and UR higher than the competitors, the website on this keyword in title and content much more than opponents.
but keyword on the google search engine results still behind the competitors. Why like this?
Is there any way to improve the keyword rank?

DR means nothing most of the time. If your competitors have better content and / or better links they're gonna outrank you.

You need to analyze the content and backlinks of your competitors to see where you lack behind, and then fix those deficiencies
 
Metrics doesn't matters much. Check your on page performance, update your existing articles. Also, do backlink audit and if you find any bad/spam links disavow them. Add more high quality links for more better rankings.

How to represent is better backlinks?

(my high-quality backlink idea) I doing backlink under my control, now the situation is I have used Anchor in the backlink place, I tried tier 2 to do backlink on a web page, and now I want to use tier 2 on another web page, just worried that google will find it. Thanks

I said better content, not more content :)

Better content can mean any of these things:

- you address the main keyword in more depth
- your on-page SEO is better
- you cover more topics that are extremely related to the main keyword, which increases the topical relevancy of that article which helps rank the article higher
- you make better use of the SEO entities than your competitor (although, this might be interpreted as topical relevancy)
- etc.

Live with it, and carry on regardless. They are not out to catch you. They want good quality sites in their index, and your job is to provide that. You might manipulate some factors to your benefit, but google does this to benefit their business and shareholders, so why shouldn't you? Use protection to keep yourself safe from the radar, and understand what you have to be paranoid about and what you don't. All the guides for quality SEO can be found around the forum, so build up your knowledge a bit more. Most importantly, don't rely on any one site to be your only goldmine.

Learn about things like IP, proxies, cookies, WEBRTC, and the need for separate browsing profiles when you access some of the same sites repeatedly.
 
The number one ranking factor is number of good backlinks. Do you beat others in this respect ?

Analyze your competitors and determine where you're lacking. Obviously, if they have better content and links than you, they will outrank you. Look at their backlink profile, find out their strategy, and fix the areas where you need to improve.
 
Create quality content than creating more content. It's all about creating better content and creating high-quality backlinks.
