In-text advertising and CPM networks?

I'd like to monetize my sports website which is in Romanian language. Been reading several threads on the forum but I still can't decide myself for one..

I'm looking forward to implement In-text ads and CPM basically looking for the highest paying one,

I signed up for Popads, and I don't think my CPM will be too high, what do you recommend me?

this will be an extra income, as I'd like to keep my site as clean as possible from popups that will probably annoy my users.

What about Google Adsense ads ? if you have enough traffic, you might make some extra bucks with it.

Thanks for the answer, thing is that Adsense keeps rejecting my application they say my site does no meet their policies... Which doesn't seem to be true.
