These threads are hilarious. I'm interested to hear where everyone is getting these valuations from? It's cool that you're all trying to help, but at least add a little more than just posting what seems to be a random number (whether it be the multiple you used or anything else).

People generally go for 10 or 20 times of the monthly revenue. So, you may sell it for $800-$1500.

thanks to everyone who answered my post, the site is of internet/technology niche and have alexa ranking of 60000 in india, i am now planning to capture leads from the site and sell some indian cpa offers, so that i may i some more money out of it and may be sell it for some higher value.

A lot of people say the rule of thumb for max price is monthly income x10 IMO that works a lot, but it really depends on the site.
