In serach for RELIABLE Freelancer programming/FB app/Android/Iphone

Hi everybody, I'm in search for a reliable freelance, the best would be a small company so that i can outsource some operations and build a long relationship and deduct taxation.
Mainly I do consulting, advertising, graphics, video, basic website (WP and so on) and SEO (black & white), I need:

1. programmers for more complex websites or to put the graphic into a wp (graphic is done by us and cut by us with spatial coordinates so is to be only linked to WP)
2. FB app for example simple ones that work as poll and record data on database
3. Building simple App (Iphone/Androi)

3. Programming even a simple android app will cost a decent amount of money. Meeting the qualifications and getting approved by apple is a different story. Either way, I don't do phone app development.
