What is the best In-Page-Push network? I'm talking annoying download buttons like the following:



I don't care about popups. I am only talking about banners/in-page-push like this.

In-page push still works pretty well if the traffic matches — I’ve seen decent results with PropellerAds and Galaksion. CTR depends a lot on how aggressive the creatives are and the vertical you’re pushing. What kind of offers are you running? Some networks are way better for certain niches.
