If its for international then .IO .
in is Indian TLD.
IO is top level domain. treats .io as a generic top-level domain (gTLD) because "users and webmasters frequently see more generic than country-targeted.

io tends to be used by tech companies so think about click-through and audience trust. Which TLD will encourage people to trust your site and click from the SERP? Is your target audience familiar with .io?
.com is internationally respected so if it was me I'd pick a different name and go with .com, but .io shouldn't really hold you back SEO-wise.

Umm man I have to disagree. In this case it does, because of type in domains. In terms of google traffic, it might not make a difference though.
