Can someone explain to me what the point of 301 pumper is? Like how does it benefit you or help your videos?

I could sit here and refresh my video 300 times and get the same result. I keep reading about this thing. Seems completely pointless to me.

I am writing a program that uses 300+ yt accounts, and it pretty much does every thing to mass rank tons of videos, with the 301 pumper script I wrote and every thing else I wrote I can send tons of views,likes,comments,shares,favorites,subscribers in seconds to any video. you gotta think out side the box man, this games yt's algo to think the video is going viral. I'm sure you get the idea...
