Hi everyone, I am new to this SEO world and would like to understand more with your help and guidance.
Recently, after the latest google update. I have noticed many of my target keywords have a lot of ranking changes.
I have noticed that many e-commerce links have popped out to the top rankings that are not relevant to my niche (gambling), but somehow they managed to rank it.
The funny part is that they are not backlinks (I reckon). I am not sure what kind of links are these. Would like to hear your thoughts on these.

Google came out with this type of link which navigates the users to this page. There are no links to the website, you need to copy & paste it.
The link address is very interesting as well, here are some examples: https://xxx.com/collections/vendors?q=mega888%20malaysia.%20mega888%20malaysia.%20Join%20Us%20Free%20RM%205%20%7B%E2%8F%A9Ubox88.com.my%E2%8F%AA%7D%20Trusted%20Online%20Gaming,%20Slot%20,%20Sport%20&%20Live%20Casino%20all%20in%20here,more%20bonus%20waiting%20you%20Grab%20now!
One more thing is that these e-commerce websites, they have the same IP Address. Does it mean that they come from the same owner/webmaster?
Can anyone help me identify this type of "link-building" strategy?
