You shouldn't be selling shootouts at 10k.
Honestly Noone would buy a shoutout.
I have 313k, and i get about 25-50$ a shoutout, you should start selling shootouts when you have 100k+

Depends on the niche. Conversion rate (or ROI) for should be better if its a more refined niche.

I have been trying to think about niches at the end. Who would pay for shoutout on instagram?
1. People who want your followers to follow them.
2. People selling a product

Could also be turned into a money making machine without shoutouts.
3. Affiliate
4. Website with ads.

For example:
If I was selling bike parts or bikes; I would get a higher conversion rate from buying a shout out from a 10k bicycle account then, a 50k account focused on general topic like money or girls.

You don't just work with 1 account. You goal needs to be to have thousands of accounts promoting your products.

You need to get min 100k for genuine Shoutout or if you managing multiple accounts CPA works well.
