In need of a simple and effective wordpress template.

I'm looking for an easy to use and manage wordpress template ( that is ad sense optimized preferably ) and I can easily edit around for multiple sites.

I'm looking for anything between 100$-150$ I don't want to buy one from a forum poster just wondering what people suggest thanks.
