How to interlink my site through direct server access?

I have a site that needs interlinking but they are all random and did not automatically link as they have not all been generated the same way it is too much work for me to do by hand anybody have a solution where I can interlink my sites through cPanel because they do not interlink now. I tried copying the cPanel interface into MSWORD saving it as a page to send a sitemap bot to crawl and create a sitemap but it is taking forever and freezing my PC to do this and all operations freeze just for this is there any other way? All I want really is a sitemap so I can SEO much better offpage.

All you need to do is to type in your websites URL and presto you got a sitemap.

That's the problem the site doesn't interlink all the pages together so if I type in the index it only gets the index because there's no way of finding out the other site but I've been wise and searched Google (should've done that in the beginning but got so accustomed to finding answers here ) and I found exactly what I'm looking for http://www.urgentclick.com/scripts/php-site-map-script.html.
