In google first page within 48 hours!

Recently a company called me made a challange that they will put my website in google first page (against 5 key phrases) within 48 HOURS

Yaap you read it right. No matter how the competetion is out there!

IS it really possible? How come no one here doing it?

I am thinking I am gonna try with one. The payment is monthly basis. Cancelation can be done within one month.

My guess is that they'll use google maps to add your biz info. That way you can do it in 48 hs or less.

You can do it even without Google Local Business.

But Google Local works well.

Unless they use Adwords or some other trick it is impossible to get to the front page of Google for competitive keywords within 48 hours.

If your business is located in your local area then they will probably use Google Local Business to put your business on Google Maps.

You can also do this with free listing sites.

For example, say you have a business that sells plumbing supplies in Houston Texas. You can easily rank for the keyword "plumbing supplies houston tx" by using Google Local and other free submission sites.

I don't understand, is this some type of service/software? I have Google Local
listings. If it's related to that, already covered.

If not, what is it?

That was just an example. If they are using Google Local Business and other similar sites, it's only natural you would want to rank for "plumbing supplies Houston TX" because that is a buying phrase. It would not take a hell of a lot longer than 48hrs to rank for "plumbing supplies", but it would also do your business no good since you want people in your local area to buy from you.

But that's only if your running a local business and if whoever made you that proposal is talking about what I'm referring to.

If they are telling you they will rank you for any keyword in 48hrs, then they are either using something like Adwords or just bull shitting you.

well its only possible via adwords ( bid almost double or triple no matter ur sites sucks or not optimized u rank in top page with in 24 hours ) or via google local business listings only but remember both can be failed also sometimes !

Quite common these days for companies to market this way. They charge you monthly and then spend half of your fee on adwords and pocket the rest. They are hoping that (like many business owners still) you don't know the difference between the paid and unpaid listings.

My boss fell for this with one of his other companies they put an ad on adwords for "'Keyword' UK" and then send a report with how many impressions you have had in a month. They are basically scamming people who know very little about SEM

I'm guessing they're doing it with adwords. You can't get results with google maps that fast.

Smart marketing. Deceptive to the public, but smartly done.

just be careful sometimes they will just show you the results on your computer based on your IP, if you do decide to try them make a post so that we can check for you..

I wouldnt trust any website for my seo, the prices are usually ridiculous and they usually take advantage of people who dont know seo. Learn seo yourself first, then outsource, dont outsource something until you understand it completely.
