In Adwords Billing Security Code Is Required

I have added my credit cards billing to my Adwords account ( Indian Account ) Adwords deducted to 1 INR from my Bank Account but after making verification with my credit card billing it also landed to same payment billing page and asking for " Security Code is Required"

I already Added my CVV and submitted for Verification of my payment billing. As i submitted my payment billing for verification 1 INR is Deducted and then it is again landed to the same page for asking " security code is required" and submit again for verification.

your account might be suspended. try to contact google support. I have faced this issue so many times whenever I create an account from India.
