Yes "timmy studio" will be available in few months... still is not completed.
And yes you can make bot, for every site you need in short time .
All what is required is knowing a .net C#.

30 posts / 5 sec? That would get u banned really fast I think that 1post every 45 sec is enough.. And why don't You just write your own bot? It took me 6 hours to write mine, but only because it was 1st time i tried to write scripts...
