Hello everybody,

As always, I need to improve the keyword relevancy of my keywords so that my Quality Score is better. So what are the best ways to go about this? Literally content with the words in or?

Thanks.

Literally content with the words in or?

Basically, yes.

Note that you don't need to have the exact words. The system is smart enough to think laterally such as "canine food" is equivalent to "dog food" and "puppy chow". What it does is determine one or more themes to your page (say dog food) and checks if your keywords match that theme. You therefore have relevancy according to the system or you don't, there's no in-between just like you can't be just a little pregnant.

The system will assign poor relevancy to a keyword if its click rate is well below the average. It figures since your CTR is so poor, the relevancy must not be good. If your CTR goes back up, so will the relevancy.

Do the normal on-page SEO according to the keyword group (different keyword groups -> different landing pages).

Also match the ad text to the keyword.

Thanks both :)

Having the keywords in titles, headers, even urls in links helps a lot. Don't overload your content with keywords - it should stil lbe natural. And yes it definitely helps. It helps tremendously
