Improving engagement rate/ what is your engagement rate?

What is your Twitter engagment rate? What would you say is a good rate? My current rate is 8.6%, how can I improve it? I'm in xxx niche, the main adaptation I've already made that improved it was better thumbnails, does anyone have any other ideas?
