This site gives me bounce rate of around 70 to 80 % . Many regular users even give 2 to 3 page views.

For some reason is no longer working for me now.
 
Wouldn't Google pick up on a common 10 second page view time? Wouldn't it be better to make it random from 8 to 13 seconds or something like that?

And what is the average time most users spend on a website? Wouldn't this depend on the niche / industry / site age / etc.? I could see certain sites that target less traffic but higher quality visitors suffering from this b/c all visitors stay for only 10 seconds now. Thoughts?

So are you saying you were punished? Did your rankings drop?

Btw, one correction: the site does actually fluctuate between 10, 13 and 18 seconds or something like that.

No, What I meant is, Google actually registered my views as if it was a regular visit. Don't worry about Google punishment, they will not punish small websites or any websites that easy. Even Black Hat World didn't get much punishment even though it's black hat website.
