Can you please elaborate on whether your site is a blog website or something else? What about the on-page optimization? What was your previous ranking? Did you just launch the site? What kind of keywords do you intend to rank for? Do those keywords have a high search volume or KD? Who is your target audience? What about the competition on your site?

Social Networks not working well because it's hard to get followers now compared to 5 years ago. I shared my posts via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Quora, Reddit, etc. Also, I optimized visuals for all different social networks via Canva but still, there is nothing... For example, my Pinterest account has 1 follower. I crated it 1 months ago

You need to get high traffic backlinks to your site. but ensure it is no follow or do follow backlink. Nowadays most of the sites are giving only nofollow backlinks.
