Improve SEO, rankings and CTR?

I'm working on a micro blog with some keywords, here some stats from google webmaster tool:

The first column is about impressions, second about varations, on the sixth column there is CTR..

What is the best way to improve these keywords? Pick the most searched ones with good CTR and search for kw's ideas on google keyword tool with good CPC?

Hi..

If you investing good amount in google adwards, they google will provide you an Account Manager who will be responsible to do that job for you.

If above is not possible for you, best thing is to do it in practical. Sit with 10-15 people, ask them what they will write in google if they need some kind of services, do in that way too you can get ideas of keywords.

Yep I'm using the second way to find keywords who people search in google and it's working well, thank you.

Great advice Wetkon. When you're on the marketing side, you just need to put yourself in the searchers shoes instead of getting wrapped up in the exact match keywords that don't flow well. How would you search for that keyword. If you can get actual people to do it, it's even better because it will give you real variations.
