Improve ranking for internal page

Hello, i'd like to know how can i obtain backlink for my internal page or how can i positioning my internal page for a specific keyword!
i just optimizie the title, the description, the content and i have just obtain good result but if i want to improve the ranking?

Ok but it's more difficult promote an internal page, my home page receive spontaneus backlink, backlink from directory, backlink from social, but for an internal page it's more difficult receive spontaneus backlink and many directory does't accept internal page submission!
