How do I improve my wordpress page speed? I'm using two different plugins yet, I'm getting 49% PageSpeed. I'm using a3 Lazy load to lazy load all the images and I'm also using Smush to compress them yet, nothing.

Please, how can I improve my page speed???

WP Rocket is the easiest way to speed up WordPress, but if your host won't allow a caching plugin, you're a bit stuck. I'd move to a better web host. Somewhere like SiteGround, and then install WP Rocket. Integrate that with Cloudflare and a good image optimization plugin. Besides that, be sure to not upload images that are too big. Hope that helps. :)

Thank you so much sir for taking your time to reply. I'm using Namecheap EasyWP.
I installed Pagespeed Ninja as you've said. So I used Gtmetrix for pagespeed analysis, it gives me 90%, that was great.
But when I used Google Pagespeed Insights it gives me 60%, while desktop 70%.
Should I ignore google pagespeed insights because I'm tired already.
 
Maybe it's the themes that I'm using. I'm using a free wordpress themes
 
I personally just get someone on fiverr for like $10-$20. A day or two later my site speed is in the 90s.

I've found it's not worth the trouble especially if you have some $$$.
