I bought 4 celebrity sites over 4 years ago and haven't done anything with them since shortly after I got them. No SEO, links, or updated content. Over the last 30 days, the best one had 1,561 uniques (5,746 pageviews) with 81% from search engines, 10% direct, and 9% referrals. They have an Adsense block at the bottom and earn a total of $5 or so per month - enough to renew the domains 
They aren't making money, but they aren't costing me, so I've just ignored them. I figure I may as well get rid of them, but I suspect they would have a lot more value with a little work.
Anyway, I wondered if anyone would be interested in a JV to do so? I'd split ad revenue and profit if we decide to sell the sites. I assume we may want to keep them if they make decent revenue.
Willing to work with relative newbie if you have some skills and want to gain more experience.
