I've provided staff with information regarding this case.

It was paid via Paypal ($250). I always repost links if they are removed by admins/moderators within an hour. The first post was removed after an hour, but I posted it again anyway as a courtesy. The second post stayed up for days until I deleted it.
Neither of the posts did well. I always make it very clear when I do projects under my non-guaranteed service, they may not make the front page of Reddit overall. Some do make the front page overall, some don't. Some still return a positive ROI even if they don't hit the front page overall, some don't, it's a risk. I run the exact same process on each and every link/submission. Reddit needs to organically support a link/submission for it to hit the front page overall. Due to the way Reddit's algorithm works, if you start sending botted upvotes to a link, it will just increase the upvote count but not increase it's standing in relation to other links on the subreddit. It's why someone can't just purchase $250 worth of upvotes (approx. 2500 upvotes), send them to a 30 minute old submission and expect it to be above a 3 hour old submission with 1000 upvotes.
That being said, the buyer demanded a refund, I refused as I had delivered on my end of the project. The buyer then filed a PayPal dispute claiming they did not receive anything. The following is the text from the original dispute:
"The seller is scamming people with false advertising. They advertise being able to get websites to the front page of Reddit, resulting in millions of website visits. What ended up happening is they posted to a tiny subreddit, which receives no traffic, and then the post was immediately deleted within the hour as spam. Seeing as their post was deleted for spam, I did not receive the service as advertised. The seller refused to give a refund on the service that they did not provide. I am currently in talks with the moderators of the marketplace I found these services through; it sounds like this scammer is going to be banned from using the marketplace website I found these services through, but they unfortunately lack the power to force a refund. I have attached a screenshot my conversation with moderators, who agreed this person is scamming people and saying they were going to try convincing them to return my money (which they do not have the power to force). I have circles outlined in red where the moderators say they are going to try having my money returned. Because they do not have the power to actually force this scammer to return this money to me, it would be absolutely HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE if we could reverse this transaction."
I responded to the dispute saying I did deliver the service.
Days later, I received a message from Paypal saying the buyer was changing the dispute.

Today, I received an email from Paypal informing me they found in favor of the buyer:
"
We've completed our review of this case and decided in favor of your buyer. The buyer stated that the item was defective or not as described. Please be aware that due to consumer protection laws, PayPal cannot guarantee the return of your merchandise if the case is found in favor of the buyer.
We refunded $250.00 USD to them."
Bold is my emphasis. This was a fraudulent chargeback and I would like my $250 back.
