Impressions and no Clicks

Hello,

I have a blog. Adsense approved, updated twice a week. 6+ months in age and 30+ articles all optimized with AISEO.

The niche is mental wellness and holistic health. All content is my original ideas, but I am a poor communicator so I use AI to draft, then I edit.

I am happy to report I get 150 impressions a month. It took me a while to build the SEO but it got some results.

I get 0 clicks. Pinterest and Facebook provide no traffic. I earn cents per month. I'm not sure what I can do to get people to visit.

Thoughts?

2 reasons that i can think of, 1. You ranked too low to get any clicks, 2. Targeted keywords has non to less search volume

Assuming you are doing white hat(since you didnt mention), check current queries and their search intent whether matches your webpage, trust signals are important, google shows you a little but user doesnt choose you, revamp your metatags and reindex
 
You need to focus on promoting your blog on social media platforms by engaging with your audience.(not directly)

Based on the information you shared, your blog is still too small to generate income. The content volume is too low, and impressions are negligible. You should focus on building more content, aim for around 500–1,000 articles and combine this with SEO to rank keywords. That’s how you’ll attract traffic and monetize more effectively.
 
Your impressions mean Google sees you, but zero clicks usually means weak titles/descriptions and no clear search intent match - people aren't compelled to choose your result. Focus on click-worthy headlines, real questions/problems and long-tail keywords with low competition rather than broad wellness topics.

150 impressions is very few, don't get discouraged. It's normal that you don't get clicks from that traffic.

I think the problem is: either you're writing about very competitive topics, or your titles aren't getting enough clicks. Mental health is a difficult niche.
Try more specific topics, make your titles a bit clearer and more intriguing. And don't just post one image on Pinterest, try a few different designs.

Work harder on sharing to social medias by multiple accounts.
 
• Write stronger, curiosity-driven titles
• Target very specific problems (long-tail queries)
• Add personal angles or opinions to build trust

Right now people see you… they just don’t feel a reason to click yet.

For example, you may join mental health communities, test out headlines that capture people's attention, and think about working with others or writing guest articles to reach more people. Over time, small changes to SEO and social sharing can frequently make a major effect.

I believe your titles don't get enough clicks. Either that or it is a very competitive niche (I don't know how competitive it is for you) so people don't feel the need to click.
 
You’re ranking, but the issue is CTR + keyword targeting.

150 impressions/month means either low search volume keywords or weak SERP positioning. 0 clicks usually means your titles/meta descriptions aren’t compelling enough.

Focus on:

  • Targeting lower KD, higher intent long-tail keywords
  • Rewriting titles for stronger click appeal
  • Building topical clusters (not standalone posts)
  • Getting a few quality backlinks
Right now it’s a visibility and positioning problem, not a content frequency problem.

your impressions are way too low, you need more keywords and better titles to get the click.
