How to get more reach or is there a service that increase reach/impression?

Engagement groups help in reach. Same thing w/powerlikes.
At the expense of impressions frequency. Outliers see the content but dont necessarily repeat view. So the Impression/Reach gap closes.
If you had 100 reach with 150 impressions. You have a .50% spread
If you bump up that reach to 200, another 100. There is no guarantee 1/2 those users will repeat. So you now have 200 each, 250 impression. Your spread drops to .25.
That spread drops more and more as you increase reach w/out impression to keep up.
Bump up the reach to 1000. You still may only have 1150 impressions. Or .15%
Now, if you can bump reach to 1000 and have 1,500 impressions, you maintain your frequency. That doesn't happen with EG Groups.
Instagram knows this. If you have business stats, look at the difference in top performing posts in their first 6 hours.
If I maintain my frequency spread at 1.40, I usually hit explore and my reach is about 60-100% of my followers. But I need to keep that in the 1st 10 hours.

It's just like sex. You got a boy or girl friend , or spouse. You want some? You got to get them hot first. Engage and they will engage back.

Followings or followers ? One might be following very few people and have thousands of followers.
For great engagement we need likes+comments from the followers right ?

What makes them follow your account in the particular niche compared to the hundreds if not thousands of other accounts.
You should keep your account active with quality content, engage with your users and make sure it's worth the follow.

You're correct, I meant to write your own followers. But, engaging with the ones that you follow (your following), is also good, but best result is accounts that follow you.

Take Imp/Reach = frequency like how they calculate in Facebook.
Example
Impression: 33028
Reach L: 24122
Frequency is 33028/24122 = 1.369
To get your Reach Rate (Elite Iconosquare) Take Follower Count / by Reach of that single post.
Follower Count is 22,000
So reach rate is plus positive 24122/22000 = 109%
This is what I see on various accounts..
20k followers
Reach 7k
Impressions 7,200
That is 35% reach which is good
Frequency is 1.02
Does that make sense?
People who do F/UF... I see less than 7% reach.
This might make sense, however for someone who does f/uf how do you know their reach/impression? You need to own the account to have access to those numbers right? Or have you tested on your own accounts?!
The reach rate formula (Reach/followers) assumes that only your followers have seen your post (correct me if i am wrong) which looks kinda wrong to me. It would be more accurate on a post that hasn't used any tags/tagged users or by computing an average of some sorts
BUT going back to your previous post about engagement groups, now it makes prefect sense. I guess my question was how do you maintain frequency but still close the gap between reach and impression(with engagement groups for example)
I did try on one of my accounts and the reach was less than 1%. I started f/unf two days ago.

You have to have business insights to get that data. I get it from my own accounts and those who I manage. We dont know other people's reach, only our own andcan draw our conclusions based on the various numbers of accounts we run/manage.
Reach rate is absolute. There is no guessing. Each post shows . Reach (unique views), Impressions (the number the times a post was viewed). This is how you compute it. YOu take these numbers Instagram business insights gives you and divide by your followers count.
On my screenshot. If I had 8K followers, my reach rate is 46% (3690/8000). My frequency is 1.18 here.
Reach rate is not based on followers/non followers as you say, you dont know if if the person seeing your conent is your follower or non-follower. The same thing with like counts.
Some accounts have plus positive reach. E.G. a 8k account that has 40k reach because they hit explore, they have 500% reach rate.
But we use reach rate as a measuring stick. If you have low reach, you are being throttled by Instagram.

Good stories will reinvorated declining reach. It is basically unfiltered right now. 1st come 1st serve by IG. No algorithmic filtering. But if you post shitty stories like “check my latest posts” you wont have future viewers. Stories make up for ghost followers and perv accounts ( female influncers with lots of male followers who dont engage). If they watch the story, somehow, IG treats that as engagement.

On my 22k account which I basically used f/u the whole time on after I had 1000 followers so . I swear I would get more likes and views with 1k followers . I didn’t post very often for a while but I’m not sure if it’s because of that or follow unfollow . When I look at my reach its only about 760 impressions after 6 hours . So that means it only showed 760 out of my 22k followers ?? That seems crazy . Is there a point in trying to revive them by liking my followers photos again or is it a blown account and I need to start fresh .
On another account I started and got 8k manual and I haven’t posted in months and I still get 1500 reach after 6 hours

Manual like I never botted or did follow unfollow manually I only liked pictures and commented but not even that much . I
Made the account back in like 2013 so maybe a lot of those followers are just not on instagram anymore
