Hi,
It's been a long time I did not use SB, and now I want to transfer it on my new pc but it is impossible to contact them, it seems their email does not work anymore, is SB team down ?

what? .. why you need them to transfer a license anyway? u can do it yourself

no they have to do it, we can't use SB on another pc without their approval
