Important tax notice action is required

This is the second notice I've gotten from affiliate networks concerning the IRS sniffing around my affiliate accounts. Anyone else getting these notices? Seems like something's going on.

All the CPA networks require a SSN or EIN to pay you I believe.

There may be some outside of the US that I am not aware of but I always
have to provide that info to get paid.

You can always set up some LLCs and tie them to an EIN if you are not comfortable sharing your personal info.

what kind of notice did they send you? did you fill out a w9 when you joined? if not, that may be all they are asking for to continue paying you
