The people who stay consistent don’t rely on feeling inspired, they build routines that make showing up the default. Start by defining a very small, non-negotiable daily or weekly minimum (something you can do even on bad days), and treat anything beyond that as a bonus. Remove as many decisions as possible: same work time, same tools, clear next steps written down before you stop. Burnout and inconsistency usually come from trying to do too much at once, not from a lack of discipline. If you make progress feel boring and repeatable, consistency follows.

Consistency is more about 'Systems' than 'Motivation.' I find that using the 'Pomodoro Technique' and setting non-negotiable daily goals helps. Also, treat your business like a 9-5 job; start at the same time every day and automate your repetitive tasks so you can focus on high-impact growth instead of getting burned out by busy work.
