I'm in the gaming niche right now.. and I had a two questions.

1. Can you use content from other platforms without any issues? (twitch, youtube, etc)
2. How many posts per day is recommended?

Hi Nugget,
1. I don't really know, I would recommend overwriting the video with After Effect with watermark, color filters, effects... so IG won't flag it.
2. From the metrics I observed in my gaming niche, 2 posts per day max or you'll lose reach and engagement.

1. I usually do what @Mizibi and @MR.Spuf said -- I put a watermark to not be flagged by Instagram.
2. What works best for me is 2 posts max per day and about 2~3 stories. That's it. You need to test it to see what works for you.

3 Posts a day. Yes you can use content that is not belong to you but it can put your account at risk of getting disabled due to copyright/trademark violations so keep that in mind.

1. You should ask for permission. Otherwise, just download the videos, add some filters, etc.
2. There is no right answer to this. If you want to grow faster - use at least 5 posts per day. If you want to have better engagement rate - post 1 post per day. You have to manually find the right spot to grow your account fast and have good engagement rate.
