important question on names

Hi,

if I have two sites with the same name, lets say xy and xy but they both have different content (both are different websites) will this hurt my serps?

I mean, will big G just let one of them rank if they target the same keywords?

well, different content (unique content?) would rank them both, even though same name.

I agree with Welshman as long as the content is unique it should rank.
