Hi guys, just wondering as I believe some of you guys do media buys as an affiliate.
How do you guys ensure the webmaster don't just sign up for the affiliate program themselves and promote on their website?
And cut us off so-called "middleman"?
I mean, we're basically just connecting the affiliate program and the webmaster. What's stopping the webmaster from signing up for the aff program themselves?
Example: I found a weight loss blog and do a media buy promoting a Clickbank weight loss product. After maybe 2-3 months, the webmaster decided to join Clickbank himself, promote the same product and essentially cut me off. Possible?
Do you have some sort of non-compete clause or something? If there is, would it be possible to share the necessary documents?
I'm just getting my feet wet in media buying and would appreciate any advice on this matter.
Thanks..
