Important Question About Amazon Affiliate Program

Hey Guys,
I have few questions.

1. Is it ok if the blog author name is different and amazon affiliate name is different? Will amazon ban me if i use fake name in blog author (about us) and register with my real name on amazon associates?

2. What will happen if amazon ban me after 2 months? Can i reapply and use amazon for the same website?

1. I think that was OK, i saw few popular amazon sites have several authors.
2. You can reapply but expect to get banned again. They don't allow banned members, once you are banned. it is finished. (consider register using another detail and 301 your site to new site.)

Please note that amazon can ban you anytime, with or without reason. you can read it at their affiliate agreement.
