Important question about AD account

I have a Facebook page with 2 admin: A & B
The AD account of admin A is disabled.
TheAD account if admin B is enabled.

Can I promote the page using the Admin B profile? Will it work?
Or the process will be blocked because the admin A is disabled? Just in this case, what if I remove Admin A from admins of the page?

You can use it. Not having any problems. If it's a white hat.
 
You can run though not an issue, still see if you are promoting legit things otherwise it will be blocked again. So try promoting legit things for the best performance of your ad account.

Right now. For facebook. White hat products can also be suspended at any time.

You can still run ads using Admin B's ad account but I suggest you try to change your content and ad so Facebook will not be able to detect or connect it with the disabled Admin Ad account
