    Hi
i have a visa card from a country which paypal don't fully support (may only send payments not receive)

if i register that card to a country that paypal fully support, and try to make a withdrawal to my credit card what will happen
will the money appear in my bank account will my account get frozen

ill be more specific i moved from Venezuela to Colombia
in Venezuela i had a local visa card and each time i had money in my pay-pal account i made a withdraw to credit card and the funds appeared in my bank account
in Colombia its not possible because paypa l don't have this feature

if i will open a Venezuelan paypal account with my Colombian visa and than i will receive a sum of money and try to withdraw it
where will the money turn up
    thanks

You will need to contact PayPal customer support about this first as having your funds freeze for 6 months is the last thing you want to happen. PayPal are quite strict when it comes to security and I have had troubles myself that pissed me enough to close down PayPal for good.

PayPal email support is not very good so I suggest you give them a call.

This is a very good answer and you are absolutely right about giving them a call.

Yes it's much better to call PayPal they can be quite helpful when you talk to them directly.

    Hi,

One of my friends got his friend's help to open a Paypal Acct in a different country to solve issues like this .... He then gets his friend withdraw and transfer to a source which is allowed in his country. Am not sure if this will work for you. Hope it helps.

    Best Regards
