-Firstly stop using shared proxy IPs completely, They are so badly spammed that you will start losing your accounts too sooner or later.
-Secondly how many accounts do you have in your farm?
-Thirdly if IG detects a pattern that same type of accounts are following then they will flag you and reduce your organic reach.

The shared proxy and mass following pattern are probably causing more problems than the account age itself I’d reduce bulk activity and focus on normal usage relevant content and genuine engagement if the goal is stable accounts and organic reach

Either focus on Follow/Unfollow method, OR on Organic views strategy. Don't do both together. Follow/Unfollow works best for accounts which have no hope of getting Organic views or they don't have enough time to focus on that. But if you're focussing on Organic views, then don't do Follow/Unfollow, your Organic reach and all the effort for it will go in vain.

you need to fix your proxy situation. your accounts are getting linked to the same ip address over and overv and because you are doing sensitive actions you are getting banned in that kind of time frame. you need to rotate your proxy after every session. use 4g rotating proxy service. also you need to do a proper warm up and after that test your limits, dont bulk all action in small time do it over time/
