Important is changing the IP address when signing to web 2.0 ?

    I plan to make some web 2.0 with a variety of platforms . Is it important to change the IP address when signing up on the web 2.0 ? if so, what tools should I use to do that ?

    Nope, 1 IP by WEB2 platform, if you want make many WEB2 on the same platform then you will need proxy IP, you can change your IP with plugin like "fire proxy", don't forget to clean your cache and cookies between each WEB2

    no need of proxies are dynamic IPs as long as you are doing them on different platforms. :)

    I just use a VPN. I'm sure that lots of other people have created a bunch of web 2.0's using that same VPN ip address but all of mine have stuck so far, no problems at all.
