well, this may sound stupid.

but what does offshore hosting mean.

can someone explain me some of the most important hosting terms.
or can you tell me somewhere I can find them.

Offshore hosting me hosting in a country where the cyber law are not so intense & bla bla bla so u don't get really screwed up for hosting warez n adult n other stuff...

and I know what a dedicated server is, but what is a virtual pc server (virtual private server), or something like that.
