Import Taxes

I've been dropshipping some stuff lately and doing pretty good. Recently, one of my buyers contacted me about an import tax that he had to pay in order to receive the item. It ate up half my profit and he was pretty pissed off about it so I'm sure he won't be a source of repeat business. And nobody before him had this problem for the same exact item! I've been looking around but can't seem to find any information or chart or anything regarding what, if, or how much of an import tax will be charged. Anybody have any info on this? :thinking:
**The items I sell are consumer electronics which way no more than 7lbs per shipment.

buyer should be responsible for taxes, not the seller
