One of the ways I quickly produce fresh video content for YT is to rip flash banners, games etc.

You'll have some nice vector assets you can animate quickly or just make a comp and edit with other footage.

Nice quick videos that are considered "fresh" to YT scanning algo's.

Looks better than slideshows, can be more engaging and doesn't take much longer to produce.
