Import CSV Files in Blogger

There are many plugins available for wordpress that can help you import csv and post in bulk to wodpress blog. But is there any way to do same in blogger? Extension is almost impossible. Any way to transform CSV into Blogger HTML template.

I think you mean csv to bulk posts on blogger.

there are several bulk uploader tools for that. Last time is used blogger xml file format to upload posts , that was years back.
or just post by mail.
