I can't, unfortunately, point you directly to a specific plugin, as I haven't had the need to use a such plugin personally.
However, I can point you to where you can find such plugins and a bunch of other cool things you might need in the future. Github.
Do a Google search of 'Import & Export Browser Cookies' with the parameters of 'site:{domain}'.

This should yield in at least a few such plugins, that are, of course, open source. Regardless of being open source, if the source code is not too long, I would read the code just to be sure of any malicious code. If you're not familiar with coding languages, a simple VirusTotal scan should be fair enough in most cases.
