Implications of new Google change on LLM Seeding / SEO

There was a recent quiet change on google changing how many pages a user could see at the same time from 100 to 10. What is everyone's thoughts on the implication of this on LLM Seeding / SEO. I'm currently using a Black hat - Esque method which involves reddit and it seems to still be working with minimal change but I'm not sure if it'll stay this way.
