implementing Api on my cam site

i have an adult webcam site where I wanna use the sponors API to shows online hosts on my webcam.

By using the API the content would be hosted on my server instead of the sponsor.

I have all the documents provided by the sponsor but have no idea how to implement it to my website.

What kind of content does that request open to? An image? JSON? XML?
